چکیده
Abstract Study question To compare PGT-A outcomes of Physiological ICSI (PICSI) and magnetic activated cell sorting (MACS) sperm selection techniques to a control normal DNA fragmentation. Summary answer did not differ between using fragmentation semen the processed by PICSI or MACS. What is known already Sperm can negatively affects pre-implantation embryo development in all stages after ICSI. Advanced like MACS are thought be efficient improve fertilization, cleavage, blastocyst formation rates cases with abnormal SDF. It has become evident that blastocyst's aneuploidy only contributed oocyte, but also caused sperm. The relation such as euploidy investigated yet. design, size, duration A prospective randomized controlled trial 351 cycles private fertility center, from October 2019 December 2022. Cases were included study if: female had ≥5 MII oocytes, male (SDF) index (>20% TUNEL assay), blastocysts (≥4BB) trophoectoderm biopsy. Participants/materials, setting, methods Included on day group, along arm SDF needed for comparison. was done Illumina platform (Miseq), results reviewed artificial intelligence (Cooper Surgical). categorized according age into 2 subgroups(<35, > 35 years). Statistical analysis parameters SPSS. Main role chance We found no significant differences age, count, motility, SDF, no. mature oocytes studied groups. Limitations, reasons caution The but, subsequent post-implantation events implantation, pregnancy miscarriage will add more data about competency resulted embryos. Wider implications findings usage advanced showed comparable cases, through eliminating adverse effects outcomes. Trial registration number NCT05494216

متن کاملThe effect of rhFSH on Sperm DNA Fragmentation and sperm parameters in Oligozoospermia Infertile Men
Background: One of the main causes of male infertility is the negative effects of oxidative stress. Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) plays an essential role in spermatogenesis, as well as in the maintenance of sperm DNA integrity. This study aimed to determine whether the recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone (rhFSH) treatment of sperm parameters could positively affect sperm DNA and...
